SmileGate Investment announced that it has formed the 'SmileGate Rocket Booster 2nd Fund' and selected 'Sakak' as an investment recipient.
Sakak provides the 'CANDiY' solution, a B2B collection-type Customer Data Platform (CDP) that helps collect customer data easily and safely and utilize it for hyper-personalized marketing.
Sakak focused on the phenomenon of companies collecting, analyzing, and utilizing customer data from various angles to accurately understand customer needs and find insights. Particularly, from 2024, the use of third-party customer data (website visit records, page views, etc.) will be restricted, making it difficult to provide hyper-personalized services using customer data. At this point, Sakak plans to provide companies with the CANDiY solution that safely collects customers' zero-party data (wearable devices, habits/lifestyle, directly input interest information, MyData), integrates it with company data, and helps companies provide hyper-personalized customer services.

The company was selected for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' technology startup support program TIPS (Tech Incubator Program for Startup) this year, and has been achieving results such as being selected as an excellent company in the Personal Information Protection Commission's personal information protection and utilization technology development challenge.
